Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Products must remain in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please do not return items without contacting our support team first.
As we work with multiple international fulfillment partners and warehouses, return addresses may vary depending on the product and shipping region. Customers will receive the appropriate return instructions and return address from our support team after approval.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
